Welcome to My Journey – On the Rox!

I am sure that you will get to know me better through my blogs, but here’s a little bit about me (in a nutshell):

From approximately the age of 10, I became overweight and at one point, borderline obese. It wasn’t a happy life. I struggled a lot throughout my childhood. I experienced serious bullying from grade 6 until grade 11, I developed high anxiety, depression and I struggled with suicidal thoughts until the age of 25. From the age of 19 – 25, my weight shifted to many different extremes due to fad diets. Finally in February 2015, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I wasn’t going to live this way anymore – that was going to change once and for all. And it has.

I am here to share my story, to inspire you, to educate you, and to guide you through your journey. My site is always being updated. Here are things you can expect from my page (in the upcoming months):
